Tin Tie Paper Bags Prefect Short Term Packaging Bag

Tin tie bags work best for shorter term packaging. The expandable side gussets and square bottom allow the bags to stand up by themselves on cabinets and shelves. Tin Tie paper bags are often used for shorter term storage such as at candy stores and bakeries because these bags do not have an airtight zipper closing the bag. Lastly these bags are easy to customize for labeling and branding because of the large area you can place a label and or have printed on.

  • KRAFT & White KRAFT: Kraft paper or kraft is paper or paperboard (cardboard) produced from chemical pulp produced in the kraft process.
  • PLA: Polylactic lining is a environmentally friendly option that uses 100% recycled paper construction that is biodegradable.
  • Nylon Poly: (NYL) Polyamide resins, with very high melting points, excellent clarity, and stiffness. Two types are used for films - nylon-6 and nylon-66. The latter has a much higher melt temperature, thus better temperature resistance, but the former is easier to process, and it is cheaper. Both have good oxygen and aroma barrier properties, but they are poor barriers to water vapor. Also, nylon films can be cast

What is a tine tie bag?

A tin tie bag is also sometimes known as a coffee bag with a tin tie. As that is it's more commonly known application. It is a type of packaging used to store coffee beans, loose tea, and other dry items. Its resealable characteristic consists of metal wires encased in paper or plastic. The tie which is almost always affixed to the top of the bag, distinguishes it from other types of resealable bags. The tin-tie may be folded down to close the bag, providing a bit of a barrier against air and moisture from entering and keeping the contents fresh.

Tin tie bags are frequently made of paper or other materials with an airtight liner to help keep the contents in good condition. The tie mechanism makes it possible to open and close the bag without the use of extra sealing equipment such as clips, tape, staples or a sealer.

Because they provide a quick and visually appealing way to package and store items, these bags are popular in the food and beverage industry, particularly for packing freshly roasted coffee beans. The tie closure adds adaptability and reusability, making it a popular choice for customers who wish to access the contents of the bag several times while preserving the remaining goods.
