How do I make a return or exchange?

Please do not return an item until your assigned Account Rep has issued a Return Authorization Number.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service department within 30 days. We will help you arrange the return and provide a replacement, a credit to your account, or a full refund.

 

The RMA form will instruct you on how to proceed with returns, exchanges, and refunds.
