This product is a very useful tool when used correctly. If customers would reject shipments when Tip-N-Tell is activated, it would make the freight claim process so much easier. When customers accept shipments when Tip-N-Tell is activated, the freight companies do not recognize this as proof of damage at this time. The sensor is very sensitive to up and down vibrations as well as tipping over which could lead to false positive triggers.
