If you're not happy with your order, tell us. Start a return or contact your rep within 30 days, and we'll make it right. Depending on the order, that's a replacement, an account credit, or a full refund.

Stock orders

Returns are simple. You have 30 days to send it back for a refund or swap it for something that fits.

If the problem is on our end, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, you cover it.

Start a return: log in to your account and click RMA to open a Return Merchandise Authorization.

We can't accept a return without an approved RMA number.

Custom and print orders

Custom bags are made to the specs you approve. You review the quote, sign off on an acknowledgment, and approve an art proof for printed items.

What's on those is what we make, so read them closely before you sign.

If the mistake is ours, we own it. A print error, the wrong size, or a defect on our end. Tell us within 30 days and we'll remake it to your specs at no cost.

We can't refund a custom run, but we'll make it right.

We can't take back a custom run for a change of mind or a spec that came in wrong on your end.

If you catch a problem after you approve but before the run starts, call us right away at 800-820-4722.

We can't undo a finished run. If it hasn't started, we'll get it corrected.
