The two major issues I had with the product were these: 1. The bags I received were not the same as the ones pictured on the website. The website photo shows a bag of same dimensions, but opening on a short side. This creates a closed bag with a fairly square interior space, which accommodates perfectly the foods that I need to pack. The bags I received open on one long side, which when closed creates a long, slender interior space. I was unable to use these bags as intended. 2. Being informed that I’d need to pay a 20% restocking fee to return a product which didn’t match the photo shown on your website turned me against doing further business with Interplas. I would never operate my own business that way. If I happen to deliver an incorrect item, I immediately replace it with the correct one without making the customer pay any cost for my own mistake. I consider this to be one of the principles of creating and maintaining good business relations. The simple fix for Interplas would be to upload a photo and description of the exact item you are selling. Otherwise, it’s misleading to your customers.
