We allow printing of up to two ink colors on custom stretch film. This option gives you the ability to display a logo and brand messaging with excellent visibility while keeping costs reasonable. The best results are achieved when printing on opaque white stretch film, because it provides a clean backdrop that makes colors stand out sharply. Transparent or tinted films are also available, but the final look may appear more subtle since the base film color influences ink visibility. If your logo requires more complex graphics or shading, our design team can suggest modifications to ensure crisp, high-quality printing that stands out when your pallets are shipped.

Custom printed stretch film is offered in a variety of roll widths and thicknesses to fit both hand wrapping and machine wrapping applications. Hand rolls typically come in widths such as 5″, 10″, and 20″, with lengths ranging from 1,000′ to 1,500′, making them ideal for smaller operations or lower-volume pallet wrapping.
Machine rolls, designed for higher-throughput packaging lines, are often available in 15″, 18″, and 20″ widths with lengths up to 5,000′ per roll. The standard thickness (or gauge) is usually 80 gauge, which balances stretchability with durability, though heavier gauges can be custom-ordered for loads that require extra strength.

For clear, professional results, logos should generally be sized at 6″–8″ tall and positioned about 2″–3″ from the top edge of the film. This placement ensures that the design remains highly visible once the stretch film is applied around pallets, boxes, or bundled items. Keeping the artwork within these guidelines also helps avoid distortion when the film stretches during application. Repeating the logo at consistent intervals along the roll helps with brand recognition while maintaining even coverage on all sides of the load.
