This portable, high visibility light weight, orange safety colored, Hand Held Filament Tape Dispenser is constructed of high-impact plastic. Ideal for rough environments. Features a hand brake in core that allows the user to add tension, producing a tighter, more secure wrap. Dispenser is great for box reinforcement, palletizing, bundling metal pipe, rods and conduit. Can dispense from 3/8" to 1" wide filamnet tape rolls on 3" cores.
