How do I... Check an order status? |

Log in at https://www.interplas.com/log-in.html. The order listing will be grouped in three major groups. New Web Orders - orders that have just been submitted by you. In-Process Orders - order that are in production or being picked for shipping. Past Orders - Orders that have shipped. Past Orders have a carrier tracking number and can be tracked using this icon: |

How do I... change my account info? |

At the My Account page, click the yellow "Edit My Account Settings" button. The registration screen will allow updating for billing and personal information, resetting of account passwords and contacts. |

Can I change or cancel an order? |

There is no on-line function to cancel an order. However, before 3:00pm EST you may call customer service at 800.820.4722 to cancel an order. Because of immediate limitations with email, please do not use email messages to cancel orders. |

What are my Custom Items? |

These are items we have specifically made for you packaging solution. These item's SKU #'s typically contain your 6 character customer identifier preceded with a C dash code. This helps distinguish it from a stock SKU#. |

Who is my Sales Representative? |

Your "My Account" page will list who your current representative is. You will typically be assigned an account representative after your first web order. Your representative can be called and email from this screen. You may also use our "Request a Call" feature on the right side of the "Service Center" screen. |

Can I apply for Net Terms? |

Yes. Download the Credit Application form. Fill it out and fax it to 800-565-4722. For Distributors, please fax back to 864-297-5765. |

How do I... Maintan: Favorite Items, Corporate Contacts and Ship-To Locations?

InterPlas.com allows for you to save frequently purchased items on the "Favorites" tab located on your My Account page. The bottom of the page allows for the entering of proper International Plastics SKU numbers. 2 other Corporate Contacts can be maintained on InterPlas.com: A supervisor and and accounts payable clerk. The accounts payable clerk will get an invoice via email of your purchase. Your supervisor (provided they have their own individual InterPlas.com account) will be able to view your purchases. You (yourself) will automatically become a supervisor if another InterPlas.com account elects to show you their orders. Supervisors can view all order detail history excluding credit card information. |
