How does the Fast Login Feature work? |

Since a seeded SHA1 encrypted hash is passed to interplas.com the log in is secured while your account password is never actually sent to interplas.com. By placing your mouse of the Fast Login link, your web browser will automatically supply your previously saved email and password. Mousing over the GO button will log you in without clicking. Therefore, Fast Login provides a way to log in quickly with just a "wave" of the mouse. If you find that your email nor password is automatically supplied, it is likely that your web browser has multiple saved passwords for the interplas.com site. You will need to remove redundantly saved credentials. |

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Established accounts may also apply for Net Terms (see below). Company checks can also be mailed up to two weeks in advance for pre-payment. |

Can I ship outside the U.S.? |

Yes. For International customers outside the United States, we use a shopping cart checkout service called Bongo. Bongo handles the logistics of shipping your order to over 200 countries. After loging into your account, you can use Bongo's Secure International Checkout page to provide you with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. |

How much does shipping cost? |

We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL and many common LTL carriers. We aggressively bundle packages with strapping and shrink wrap to save you money on freight. Freight is typically calculated with the carriers base shipping rate plus 5% for handling. Our distributor program offers reduced freight for certain quantity orders. You may also select the "I require Freight Collect Shipping" option display in the shopping cart to pay for freight directly. 3rd Party Freight Billing is coming soon. |
