After you've inserted a drum liner, completely seal off contents with a plastic polyethylene cap sheet. This keeps contents from coming in contact with the metal lid, preventing contamination. For 55 gallon drums, the 30" x 30" cap sheet is a perfect fit; for more over-hang, use the 34" x 34" cap sheets.
Needing a larger size? Say a 60" x 68" Pallet top cover.

Rigid Plastic Drum Liners
These Rigid Drum Liners or Drum Inserts are vacuum formed and are constructed without any seams. The Drum Liners with accordion pleats allow for height adjustment. Both types of Rigid Drum Liners help to extend the life of containers and allow for a cleaner environment when processing any product. Disposing of materials is also easier. Used mostly for storing paints, inks, coatings, food and cosmetic products.

Round bottom liners virtually eliminate excess waste, because nothing stays trapped in the pleats, corners, or bottom of the bag. Great for pastes or powders. Cylindrical shape fits contours from a 5 gallon bucket to a 55-gallon drum perfectly.
