Moisture proofing & duct sealing tape that is provided by a durable multipurpose product. Our 3M™ Duct Tape is Polyethylene coated cloth that has Adhesion properties to steel: 56 oz/in.Tensile Strength: 23lb./in. And is topped off with a Backing/Adhesive: Polyethylene coated cloth/rubber.
The all-around holding, splicing, masking, patching, sealing and seaming tape. Polyethylene coated cloth backing with rubber adhesive. High tack, conformability, strength and easy tear.
Typical physical and performance characteristics include thickness: 9.0 mils, adhesion to steel: 55 oz/in width, tensile strength: 25 lbs/in width, elongation at break: 16%, temperature use range: Up to 200 F (93 C). Meets UL 723.
