Manual Foot-Operated Impulse Sealer
High volume users enjoy the ease of a standing head injection die casted Manual Foot Operated Impulse Sealer, because it frees up their hands for quick production. Seals up to 6 mil thick with 3/32" wide seal at 12, 18 and 24" widths. Sealer stands 35 1/2" high and comes complete with pedestal, stand, adjustable work table and foot control. A variable temperature control adjusts heat for bag thickness; no warm-up required. Each sealer includes a 30-day limited warranty and has a replaceable heating element.

| These model sealers differs from the regular sealers by placing the sealing element on the upper jaw and the silicon rubber on the lower jaw. This makes it possible to protect the element from moisture and contamination creating a clean and secure seal. The FUA is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Controlled by electronic timers for heat, congealing and recycling make it impossible for operator error once set. When programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically, making the last seal as perfect as the first. This sealer is ideal for sealing operations in packaging candies, food, stationery, drugs, tools, replacement parts and a variety of other products. Includes an electric pedal for manual operation. |
