Rugged, steel frame pull-and-tear dispenser for reinforced and non-reinforced kraft gummed water-activated gummed tape is easy to operate and features a unique "subway feed" for uniform tension and consistent tape moistening. 

NEW! Improved blade is able to tear reinforced and non-reinforced tape.
Excellent for low-volume carton sealing. Thumb screws on each side of the blade further secures it to the frame for an added layer of safety.
Accepts rolls of water acticvated gummed paper tape from 1" to 3" wide (2.5-7cm).
