Returns and Exchanges

What type of satisfaction guarantee do you have? We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days. They will help you arrange for the return and provide a replacement, a credit to your account, or a full refund. In some cases, non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How do I return an item?

Do not return an item until you have spoken to your assigned Sales Rep and have been given a Return Authorization Number. The RMA form will instruct you on how to proceed with returns, exchanges and refunds.
