Does International Plastics accept EDI orders?
es. We have partnered with SPS Commerce to provide our customers with EDI document exchange. Other clients have opted to use our ePro interfaces. While others have customized high-volume data exchange agreements with us via a variety of protocols. If you do high volume ordering, let us know how to "speak your language"!

At interplas.com, you can shop with confidence. We use the latest encryption technology, digital certificates, secure commerce servers, and authentication to ensure that your personal information is secure online.
 
Can I have an order shipped to my PO box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a PO box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.
 
Can I have an order shipped internationally or to PO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
YES. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid US street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. However,we can ship smaller dimensional items via USPS. For international orders, you will have an option at checkout to use our third party International consolidator.  You will be shown fritehgt charges and payment instructions upon check out.  Fro more information you can call our sales and customer service department.
 
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a PO box, for any shipping address
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 2-7 days depending on which zone your delevery address is in.
 
How can I check on the status of my order?
Once you have logged into interplas.com, just click on "My Account" located on the top of the page. Then, simply login and you will be given a breakdown of your order status with corresponding order numbers, items, purchase amounts, and current status. If the item was shipped via UPS, a tracking number will appear. Click on the link to go to the UPS Web-based tracking
 
What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
We ship products before the estimated delivery dates in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to unavailability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:
  • Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value.
  • Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.
  • CANCEL your order. We constantly update our computer system with new information. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.
 
What credit cards does interplas.com accept?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards are accepted.
 
Can I purchase an item by check?
Yes, Company checks can be mailed up to two weeks in advance for pre-payment. Established accounts may also apply for Net Terms (see below).
 
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. If you do receive an order that was cancelled, accept delivery of the item and call the Customer Service Department for return instructions.
We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days.
 
I cancelled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
 
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee.
Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days.
 
Is my Credit Card on File secure?

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
The appropriate state sales tax is applied to an item if International Plastics conducts business in the state where the item is being shipped.
 
How are shipping charges calculated?
All products are shipped by UPS and shipping charges vary according to product weight and destination.
