3M 8886 Scotch Stretchable Tape is a low density polyethylene with 720% elongation at break and 28 lb/inch width tensile strength for light to medium containment of A- and B-type pallets. Elastic memory tightly bundles load during shipment. When optimally stretched, the tape's rubber resin adhesive does not tear labels or graphics when removed after shipping. Optimally stretched tape provides 28 lb/inch width tensile strength. Excellent elastic memory tightly bundles products or securely unitizes pallets for internal or external handling and shipping.  Applications: Manual or semi-automatic palletization for over-the-road transport; bundling and/or unitizing for inter-company transfers from production to warehouses or distribution sites.Typical Physical Properties:- 56 oz/inch adhesion to steel.- Labels and graphics show through clear backing.- Standard width: 36 mm
